We, Q Hubo News LLC, will provide a refund if the following instances happen:
- We were delayed by more than 15 business days to provide delivery of service.
- When we realized that we will not be able to fulfill your order
- The customer makes a request of refund within 24 hours of placing an order.
- If the form of payment used by the customer is fraudulent, we will refund to original cardholder and cancel the order.
All refund requests must be directed to refunds@qhubonews.com or support@qhubonews.com
Please provide a description of why you are requesting a refund and we will make sure to provide a response within 24 to 48 business hours. Our policy is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. We reserve the right to not provide a refund if the reason provided does not meet our criteria mentioned above and if State and Federal law does not prohibit us from retaining the funds.
